Who We Are is a movement unifying a socially conscious community to address colorism in a healthy and responsible manner. It is the response to the cultural condition that is manifested in our everyday interactions; skin color is a basis to the social structure of our society. (The light versus dark complex, the culture of color-blindness and the ill-treatment of the American people of color are a few current examples of its societal presence.) Who We Are aims to spark a conversation on this topic and to reidentify how we see ourselves within fallacious social divisions.
